Job Description 

  • Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites, and on our social media platforms.
  • Collecting and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Meeting with and interviewing shortlisted individuals.
  • Consulting with members of the applicable team to obtain their input on potential hires.
  • Selecting the most suitable candidates and providing them with job offers.
  • Entire onboarding (includes conducting HR orientation for a new officer, issuing uniforms, inputting details in HRMS, notification of employment, etc.)
  • Prepare all employment-related documents (employment contract, biodata, organizational chart, etc.)
  • Entire off-boarding process of Security Officers, exit interviews, and exit clearance procedures including cessation of employment
  • Analyze hiring data and propose improvements so as to raise the effectiveness of the hiring process
  • Ensure that HR policies and practices are in compliance with prevailing statutory regulations
  • Ensure timely update of employees’ database, proper filing system, and smooth office administration;
  • Undertake projects and ad-hoc assignments related to Recruitment management  as assigned by the HR Manager

 

Requirements :

  • A diploma or Degree holder in Human Resource Management or any other relevant disciplines
  • 3 years of recruitment experience or any other HR functions
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (structure, competency or behavioral-based, etc.)
  • Experience with various screening processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
  • Ability to conduct various types of candidate assessments to determine eligibility
  • Those from security agency backgrounds will be of an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Police Licensing & Regulatory, MOM legislation, and TAFEP guidelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good stakeholder management skills at different levels of seniority within the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize,  interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and work within a tight deadline
  • Working experience with Timesoft and/or any HRIS systems.
  • Proficient in Powerpoints, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Job Description:

  • Responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day-to-day operations / allocated contract sites and staff by providing the highest quality, compliant and professional security service to its customers
  • Conduct security and safety risk assessment surveys of the assignments
  • Conduct investigations and vet incident reports submitted by the security team and prepare conduct AAR of the incident.
  • Overall in charge of day-to-day operations of security personnel at the allocated sites
  • Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct refresher on SOP
  • Handle workplace investigation, grievance, and discipline
  • Plan and schedule training for security personnel in alignment with PWM requirement
  • Plan and conduct periodic exercises to ensure the vigilance of security personnel

Requirement:

Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Executive. You are required to provide HR & Admin support to the Company.

  • Work with line managers on manpower requirements, employee relations issues, compensation, and benefits matter, HR initiatives, and other HR matters;
  • Administration of workmen compensation, MOM reporting, insurance claim, etc;
  • Ensure that HR policies and practices are in compliance with prevailing statutory regulations;
  • Handle onboarding and orientation of new hires and exit interviews;
  • Organize employee communication platforms and activities;
  • Identify training and development needs of and propose training programs;

Requirements:
