  • Responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day to day operations / allocated contract sites and staff by providing the highest quality, compliant and professional security service to its customers
  • Conduct security and safety risk assessment surveys of the assignments
  • Conduct investigations and vet incident reports submitted by the security team and prepare conduct AAR of the incident.
  • Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct refresher on SOP
  • Handle workplace investigation, grievance, and discipline
  • Plan and conduct periodic exercises to ensure the vigilance of security personnel
  • Manage and review security procedures

Senior Security Supervisor

  • Incident Management & Reporting
  • Direct Supervision
  • Execute Evacuation Plans& Exercises

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify prospects and develop sales strategies from start to finish securing new business
  • Analyze local and expansion markets to identify sales opportunities and prospective companies
  • Develop pricing and business development strategies
  • Prepare proposals and sales presentations
  • Dedicated to a group of clientele companies
  • Effective at written and verbal communication
  • Possess critical thinking skills and sound business judgment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management is preferred or equivalent work experience
  • At least 8 years of Business development and/or development management experience, industry preferred
  • Excellent leadership skills, strong initiative, good business, and financial acumen, and great independence working in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated, independent, and with a positive attitude • Strategic, independent and critical thinking
  • Meticulous and responsible with strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work well under stressful situations with tight timelines.
  • Able to cultivate trust and credibility with peers and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization
