Work Experience – 2-3 years

Job Description 

  • Cold-Calling and Hunting Sales for New Opportunities in Security Technology
  • Support Security Manpower Proposals using Technology for Optimization as well as Outcome-Based Tender
  • Source and Manage Technology Vendors
  • Able to manage Technology Vendor to ensure Professional Post-Sale Follow-up
  • Have Experience selling Security Systems and able to handle Cold-Calling
  • Responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day to day operations / allocated contract sites and staff by providing the highest quality, compliant and professional security service to its customers
  • Conduct security and safety risk assessment surveys of the assignments
  • Conduct investigations and vet incident reports submitted by the security team and prepare conduct AAR of the incident.
  • Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct refresher on SOP
  • Handle workplace investigation, grievance, and discipline
  • Plan and conduct periodic exercises to ensure the vigilance of security personnel
  • Manage and review security procedures

Senior Security Supervisor

  • Assistive and learning role to the Business Development Manager on the following (with full guidance provided)
    • develop quotation and handling tender documents for bid submission
    • conduct cold calls and making basic sales pitch to customers
    • writing business proposals
    • attending BD meetings with clients or tenders
  • In-charge of front desk admin and serving duties
  • Answer telephone calls from customers with a professional attitude & in line with call quality & productivity requirements.
  • Update and maintain proper filing systems and records
  • Handle administrative duties such as data entry
  • Attending to queries and feedback
  • Assist visitors with more information
  • Assist visitors if they have a problem going through the turnstile
  • The first representative of the building when people enter the building
  • Freshers or 1 – 2 years’ relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.

  • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Having excellent written and verbal communication skills.
