Approved Training Organisation
Peregrine Security also have its own Approved Training Organisation (ATO) where we conduct our WSQ Security Courses. Passing rate at our Training Centre for course attendees is above 90%.

Robust Recruitment Process

Identification
The recruitment process is a standardized Operating Procedure documented within the office of Peregrine Security. The information gathered and evaluated during this process and is retained in our database for future reference and searches.
Selection
Peregrine Security follows robust recruitment process that evaluates an applicant’s ability, skills, experience, work history and suitability to ensure the right hiring in line with the environment and culture of individual customers.
On-site Operation
Our Security Officers are trained to be conversant with the site operating procedures so that he or she would be able to discharge his or her duties efficiently to provide best-security coverage to the client’s premises.

Customer Support
Monthly Meeting shall be held with the appointed representative to discuss and further enhance security level.
Peregrine Security implements the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to serve as the benchmark for consistency in enforcing security policies and regulations.
We conduct on site security audits on a yearly basis. Findings of the report will be submitted to the authority or appointed representative with recommendations.
Peregrine Security recommends such procedures, including flow-charts to the Authority or the appointed representative for implementation.
Our in-house security trainers schedule on calendar and conduct the ‘On-The-Job Training’ programs (OJT) for the officers deployed at site.
