Deva Joseph is the Head of Operations & Compliance for Peregrine Security (Singapore). He brings with him over 23 years of security related experience, which includes 18 years in the Singapore Police Force as a Senior Investigations Officer with the Criminal Investigations Department (CID). Deva Joseph had attained a Diploma in Management & Police Studies followed by Ministry of Home Affairs sponsorship in Bachelor of Justice.

Deva is a strong believer of team work and to lead by example. His leadership experiences in the Security Industry, coupled with interpersonal skills had inspired many fellow colleagues. He is overseeing the entire security operations and compliance of Peregrine (Singapore) to ensure service standards and local regulations are adhered with.
