Ridhuan Supan is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Peregrine Security, Singapore. He brings with him over 20 years of industry related experience, which includes over 13 years of senior leadership experience managing security business and its operations.

Ridhuan believes in leading by example and aspires to inspire others to achieve more than they would ever have thought possible. He is very passionate to transform the industry to a technologically advanced industry which delivers better security outcomes by integrating people, processes and technology. He is dedicated to improve the overall job satisfaction of our skilled security professionals and raise their image for they are the ones who work tirelessly to protect the many places we live and work in hence, keeping the country safe and secure.

During his tenure with Prosec, a Prosegur Group Company, he was responsible for leading the entire business operations. Ridhuan had received numerous commendations for his exceptional service and consistently exceeding customers’ expectations by maintaining a relationship based on sincerity and trust, hence achieving long term partnership with many of his customers. His achievements can be further illustrated with the company achieving Grade A for many years and was awarded the Security Industry Special Mention Award, during the Singapore Security Awards 2019 and The Platinum Award for “Go Digital”, where they partnered with a top commercial building in the Central Business District, during the Security Industry Transformation Award 2019.

Having joined Peregrine Security, Singapore in 2022, Ridhuan brings with him vast industry experience and the ability to handle multiple functions in a fast paced and demanding environment. As a strategic leader, Ridhuan has proven results in optimizing operations to identify and define actionable plans to achieve operational excellence for the company. His focus is to optimize business growth, innovation, service quality, customer loyalty and provide an effective integrated security solutions that offer value on customers’ security investments. He emphasizes on consistently providing outstanding service while monitoring strict compliance with the regulating body which in turn drives the company to be one of the most admired and respected brand.

Outside of work, Ridhuan is an active volunteer as a Grassroot Leader and Treasurer with People’s Association, Teck Ghee C2E (Community Emergency and Engagement Committee) which helps to strengthen community resilience and maintain operational readiness during times of emergency. He has been serving the C2E Teck Ghee ward since 2013 where he partners with the Singapore Police Force, Singapore Civil Defence Force and other various government bodies, to educate the public about Community Emergency Preparedness. He is also an ASIS member.
